CMUNC 2018 requires the delegation fee be paid as a deposit upon registration. The deposit is refundable until December 31st, 2017. After that date, the deposit is no longer refundable. If you are unable to put down the deposit or have any questions regarding this policy, please email our Director of Finance.

Important Notes

  1. This year CMUNC is excited to offer an online payment option which allows delegations to make their payments using credit or debit card via PayPal. Please note that checks are strongly preferred, and any online payment is subject to an added $20 fee.
  2. Registration for CMUNC 2018 is not secured until the deposit (equal to the Delegation Registration Fee) is paid. After December 31st, 2017, CMUNC is not liable to refund the deposit.
  3. March 9th, 2018 is the last day that payment for the remainder of fees due for CMUNC 2018 may be mailed. Failure to mail the full payment with a postmark dated 3/9/2018 or earlier jeopardizes your delegation's registration for CMUNC 2018. In response to feedback from the last CMUNC, we have moved up the timetable for this payment so we are able to complete committee assignments earlier and give delegates more time for preparation.
  4. February 9th, 2018 is the last day that a delegation may submit a request to reduce the number of delegates in attendance from your delegation or cancel your delegation's registration. To remove delegates or cancel your registration, contact our Director-General at dg@cmunc.net or use the contact form.
  5. After February 9th, 2018, CMUNC is not liable to refund any fees for CMUNC 2018.
  6. CMUNC has blocked approximately enough hotel rooms for the conference. We urge all schools to reserve their accommodations as soon as they can after they register to have the greatest likelihood of getting the desired hotel at the discounted rates. Please be aware that, during the late registration period, the discounted rate on the hotel rooms may no longer be available.   9. This year, CMUNC is expanding our financial aid program for low income schools and individual delegates. Financial aid may include deductions in registration price, waiver of the transportation fee, free meal tickets, or waiver of the deposit. CMUNC’s financial aid application will be available on this page on September 4th, 2017.

*The Transportation Fee applies to all delegations staying at one of the four designated hotels, unless the delegation arranges their own vehicle transportation. The hotels are NOT a reasonable, safe walking distance from campus. Only delegations who pay the Transportation Fee will be permitted to use conference buses to travel between the hotels and Cornell's campus. CMUNC will not be held responsible for the transportation of any delegations that do not pay the Transportation Fee.
